India's Swan Energy top Nifty realty index gainer after unit bags order

** Shares of India's Swan Energy  SWAN.NS  up 2.4%, easing
from session-high jump of 2.7%
    ** Co, with textile, real estate, energy and petrochemical
businesses, is top gainer on Nifty realty index  .NIFTYREAL ,
which is down 1%, dragged by 3% losses in Phoenix Mills
 PHOE.NS 
    ** Co said unit Veritas (India)  VERI.BO , in consortium
with Genesys International Corp  GENS.NS , received order from
Mumbai municipal body worth 1.56 bln rupees (about $19 million)
    ** YTD stock up more than 12% after a 67% rise in 2023,
which was its fourth straight annual gain

($1 = 82.9340 Indian rupees)
