** Shares of Swaraj Engines Ltd  SWAR.NS  rise as much as 13.76%
to 1,928.95 rupees, their biggest intraday pct gain since June
1, 2020
    ** SWAR touches highest level since June 30, 2021
    ** Mahindra and Mahindra  MAHM.NS  on Tuesday proposed to
buy 17.41% stake of co from Kirloskar Industries  KIRL.NS

    ** Shares of MAHM rise up to 1.54%, KIRL jumps as much as
10.49%
    ** About 224,378 Swaraj shares traded by 0413 GMT, 27.5
