Germany's Symrise makes all-cash offer for Swedencare

June 5 (Reuters) - Fragrance maker Symrise AG  SY1G.DE 
on Monday made an all-cash offer to acquire Swedencare AB
 SECARE.ST  for 37.50 Swedish crowns ($3.45) per share, valuing
the total deal at 5.9 billion Swedish crowns.

 ($1 = 10.8539 Swedish crowns)
