 * Source text: Swelect Energy Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Madras has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of the wholly owned subsidiary Companies namely Amex Irons Private Limited with Amex Alloys Private Limited vide an order dated June 01, 2016 and issued a certified true copy of the order on June 14, 2016 and the same has been handed over to the Company by the legal council on June 16, 2016.
