    * during pre-trial conference on 1 august 2017, court made 
certain directions in respect of applications 
    * judicial managers shall file their affidavits in response 
(if any) by 21 august 2017 
    * creditors who wish to file affidavits in applications 
shall do so by 11 august 2017 
    * all parties shall file their written submissions and 
bundle of authorities (if any) by 12 noon on 24 August 2017.
