** Shares in Swiss Life SLHN.S fall around 2.8% after the insurer's FY results largely met analyst expectations but the proposed dividend fell short
** Though shareholders will likely see another dividend increase to 36.5 Swiss francs ($46.7) per share compared with 35 francs last year, Vontobel analysts say this was not as high as assumed
** They add, "Today's figures put the company on a good track to successfully complete its 'Swiss Life 2027' program"
** JPM analysts also point to a potentially weaker-than-expected SST (Swiss Solvency Test) ratio, used to assess the capital strength of an insurance company, possibly weighing on shares
** Shares are at their lowest since July 2025, paring losses after falling as much as 4.8%
