HAMILTON, BERMUDA - Resolution Life, a global life insurance group focusing on
the acquisition and management of portfolios of life insurance policies, today
announces that its Board of Directors has appointed Moses Ojeisekhoba as CEO
of Resolution Life with effect from July 1, 2026. Moses will succeed Sir Clive
Cowdery, who will continue in his role as Executive Chairman.

Moses joined Resolution Life as President in October 2024 from Swiss Re, where
he spent over 12 years in multiple senior executive positions. Since joining
Resolution Life, he has led the team to a year of record capital deployment,
directed our market-facing division, and worked on the integration of
Resolution Life into Nippon Life throughout the course of 2025.

Clive, whose first business under the Resolution Life brand was formed in

Nippon Life marks the fourth time Clive has founded, built and sold a
consolidation and reinsurance company, raising and deploying more than $20bn
