ZURICH/BERLIN, Dec 23 (Reuters) - The Swiss blue-chip SMI
 .SSMI  index was seen opening 0.2% lower at 10,383 points on
Wednesday, according to premarket indications by bank Julius
Baer  JBPRE01 .
