Symphony Ltd has informed BSE that subject to approval of members at 29th Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on July 26, 2016 has recommended issue of bonus equity shares to the members of the Company in the ratio of 1: 1 (i.e. One fully paid up bonus equity share of Rs. 2/- each, for every one fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each held). The record date will be announced separately.
