Symrise lowers 2025 organic sales forecast on cautious consumer demand

July 30 (Reuters) - German flavour and fragrance maker Symrise SY1G.DE on Wednesday lowered its organic sales forecast for 2025, while nudging up the margin target, citing shifts in global market dynamics and more cautious consumer demand.

It sees organic sales growth of 3% to 5%, down from 5-7% previously, and an EBITDA margin of around 21.5%, after guiding for around 21% in its original forecast.
