Results of Annual General Meeting
Southampton, UK - 30 June 2022: Synairgen plc (LSE: SNG), the respiratory
company developing SNG001, an investigational formulation for inhalation
containing the broad-spectrum antiviral protein interferon beta, announces the
results of voting at its Annual General Meeting today. All resolutions
proposed at its Annual General Meeting were passed.
Resolutions 12 (to authorise the directors to allot shares) and 13 (to
disapply pre-emption rights) were withdrawn from the agenda following
discussions with a small number of shareholders.
