(a closed-ended collective investment company incorporated under the laws of
Guernsey with registered number 55514)

Issue of shares pursuant to the 2016 dividend

The Board of BACIT Limited (the "Company") today announces the issue in
aggregate of 1,473,627 new ordinary shares in satisfaction of the payment of
the Company’s 2016 dividend to those qualifying shareholders who did not
elect to receive the dividend in cash.

The new ordinary shares rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary
shares of the Company.

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the shares to
be admitted to the Official List, and to the London Stock Exchange for the
shares to be admitted to trading and dealings commenced in the new ordinary
shares on 19 August 2016.

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1A the Company announces that, following the issue of new
ordinary shares as described above, the total number of ordinary shares in
issue now stands at 386,138,785 and the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 386,138,785 ordinary shares.

The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
