Availability of Annual Report and Accounts

 

Further to the announcement of its unaudited final results for the year ended
30 November 2021 ("FY21"), which was released on 22 February 2022, Synectics
plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in the design, integration and support of advanced
security and surveillance systems, announces that its annual report and
accounts for FY21 (the "Accounts") are available on its website,
www.synecticsplc.com (http://www.synecticsplc.com) .

 

Copies of the Accounts and the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will
be posted on 8 March 2022 to those shareholders who have opted to receive
them. As previously announced, the AGM is due to be held on 20 April 2022. A
further announcement regarding the posting of the Accounts and the notice of
AGM will be made in due course.
