Director dealings

 

Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance
systems, has been notified that the Trustee of the Company's HMRC Approved
Employee Share Acquisition Plan ("ESAP") reinvested the Company's final
dividend paid on 5 May 2023 and purchased 1,948 Ordinary Shares of 20 pence
each in the Company ("Shares") at £1.0635 per Share in accordance with the
ESAP's rules on 10 May 2023.

 

As a result of this purchase, the Company has been notified that the following
Director has acquired the following interests in Ordinary Shares:
