Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance
systems, announces that it was notified on 8 October 2025 that on the same day
Mr Andrew Lockwood, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 6,664
ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 300.00 pence per share.

 

Following this purchase, Mr Lockwood's interests in Ordinary Shares are as
