and Accounts for the year ended 30 November 2021, together with the Notice of
AGM, are being posted today to shareholders who have opted to receive them and

The Company's AGM will be held at Holiday Inn Rugby - Northampton M1 J18,
Crick NN6 7XR at 11:00am on Wednesday 20 April 2022.
