Result of AGM

 

Synectics, a leader in advanced security and surveillance systems, held its
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") earlier today. All resolutions proposed at the
AGM, which were held on a poll, were passed with the exception of Resolution
8, the disapplication of pre-emption rights.
