** Synectics' shares  SNXS.L  jump 8.4% to 335 pence, their
highest since Oct 2014
    ** The security and surveillance systems products maker
expects FY24 pre-tax profit to be materially ahead of market
estimates
    ** Company-compiled market est is for FY24 pre-tax profit of
3.9 mln pounds (~$5 mln) and revenue of 55.4 mln pounds
    ** Co says order book was worth about 37.8 mln pounds at end
FY24 vs 29.2 mln pounds a year earlier
    ** Including session's gains, stock up 127.6% YTD
