    ** S&P Dow Jones Indices says co to replace Civitas
Resources  CIVI.N  in the S&P Smallcap 600  .SPCY , effective
before trading opens on Sept 29
    ** CIVI shares down 2% at $78.98
    ** Civitas to replace Syneos Health  SYNH.O  in the S&P
Midcap 400
    ** Six of ten brokerages rate Hayward "buy" or higher, three
"hold" and one "sell"; their median PT is $16.75 - LSEG data
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, HAYW had fallen 8.9% YTD
