** Syneos Health Inc's shares  SYNH.O  up 2.4% at $36.20
    ** Contract research firm enters into a strategic
partnership with U.S.-based subsidiary of Fosun Pharma

    ** Under deals terms, SYNH will provide full-service
commercial support in U.S. launch of therapy Serplulimab, for
extensive stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC)
    ** Serplulimab is a monoclonal antibody developed by
Shanghai Henlius Biotech Inc  2696.HK , while pharmaceuticals
products producer and distributor Fosun's American unit has its
exclusive U.S. commercialization rights, upon regulatory
approval 
    ** In 2022, SYNH stock fell 64.3%
