The Company announces that BW Family Ltd, a trust set up for the benefit of Keith Butler Wheelhouse and his family, and which is considered to be a person closely associated with Mr Butler-Wheelhouse, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 114p per share.
Following these transactions, Mr Butler-Wheelhouse has a total beneficial interest in 383,798 ordinary shares in the Company.
