Synergia Energy Ltd ("Synergia Energy" or the "Company") is pleased to
announce the appointment of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP ("SP Angel") as
Nominated Adviser with immediate effect.

SP Angel will continue to provide Joint Broker services in addition to its new
