Conversion of Loan Notes and TVR

 

Synergia Energy Ltd (AIM: SYN) (the "Company") announces that further to its
Financing Update on 11 March 2024, an application has now been made for the
140,455,821 new ordinary shares to be admitted, pursuant to the conversion, to
trading on AIM (the "Admission"). The Admission is expected to be effective on
or around 12 April 2024.

Following Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise
10,637,791,979 ordinary shares. This will be the number of ordinary shares
that may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or
a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
