Issue of Options

 

Synergia Energy Ltd (Synergia Energy or the Company) advises that it has
issued unlisted nil-cost options (NCOs) over 249,958,815 shares in the Company
to the Company's three eligible executives (individually a Participant and
collectively the Participants) in accordance with the Company's short-term
incentive plan and recommendations by the Company's Remuneration Committee for
the period of 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024.

 

The quantum of NCOs calculated is based on the Company's VWAP (Volume Weighted
Average Price) from 1 August 2024, to 29 October 2024 (the last trading day
prior to the announcement of the awards) at 0.0947 pence.

 

 

The allocation is as follows:
