Results of Annual General Meeting

 

Synergia Energy Ltd (the Company) is pleased to announce the voting results
from the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on Friday, 22
November 2024.

 

The Company advises that all motions put to the meeting were voted on by poll,
with all resolutions carried.

 

Details of the proxy voting and voting outcomes for all motions put to the
meeting are set out in the

attached report.
