Synnovia plc (AIM: SYN) the specialist manufacturer, announces that the annual report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2019 were posted to shareholders today on Thursday 8th August.  An electronic copy of this document is available from the Company's website www.synnovia.com and is also available at the registered office of the Company.
 
Shareholders will also receive a notice of the annual general meeting of the Company which will be held at the offices of Synnovia, London Heliport, Bridges Court Road, London, SW11 3BE on 2nd September 2019 at 14.00.
