Aug 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday:

    ** Dutch investment firm Exor NV  EXOR.AS , controlled by
Italy's Agnelli family, has bought a 15% stake in healthcare
technology group Philips  PHG.AS  for about 2.6 billion euros

    ** German medical diagnostics provider Synlab  SYAB.DE  
said it has agreed to sell its veterinary business to the
privately owned U.S. confectionary and pet food giant Mars

    ** U.S. bank Citigroup  C.N  has completed the sale and
migration of its Taiwan consumer businesses to Singapore's DBS

    ** United States Steel Corp  X.N  on Sunday launched a
formal review of its strategic options, after rebuffing a
takeover offer from rival steelmaker Cleveland-Cliffs Inc

    ** SoftBank Group Corp  9984.T  is in talks to acquire the
25% stake in Arm Ltd it does not directly own from Vision Fund 1
(VF1), a $100 billion investment fund it raised in 2017,
