** Shares in Synlab SYAB.DE slip 8.1% in Frankfurt early
trade after Ephios Luxembourg announced on Monday it would sell

** Ephios Luxembourg is ultimately owned by private equity
firm Cinven, which owns about 46% and is Synlab's major
shareholder
** The stock, on track for the worst day ever, is at the
bottom of the German small cap index .SDAXI
