June 22 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.2%.
* EASYJET: U.S. investment firm Castlelake went public with a £4.74 billion ($6.26 billion) bid for Easyjet EZJ.L after the budget carrier rejected three separate takeover proposals.
* OCADO: British technology firm Ocado Group OCDO.L said Chief Executive Tim Steiner and the board are continuing long-term CEO succession planning and is engaging with potential candidates.
* PRIME MINISTER STARMER: Prime Minister Keir Starmer is expected to set out a timetable for his departure and usher in an orderly transfer of power to rival Andy Burnham, paving the way for Britain's seventh leader in a decade.
* BABCOCK INTERNATIONAL: British defence group Babcock International BAB.L reported a 19% drop in annual underlying operating profit after a £140 million ($184.90 million) charge on its Type 31 frigate programme for the Royal Navy.
* FRASERS: Australia's Accent Group AX1.AX said that an independent board committee comprising all but one of its directors recommended rejecting the A$390.8 million takeover offer from its top shareholder, Britain's Frasers Group FRAS.L.
* MINERALS: Britain will invest £50 million to boost domestic production of critical minerals, the government said, as it seeks to reduce reliance on concentrated global supply chains and strengthen economic resilience.
* OIL: Oil prices slid after U.S.-Iran talks concluded in Switzerland with Tehran saying it had secured waivers for oil and petrochemical exports, easing worries about a supply shortage in global markets.
* METALS: Copper prices ticked up on the London Metal Exchange.
* GOLD: Gold rebounded from a more than one-week low, as oil prices fell after Iran cited progress in U.S.-Iran peace talks.
