 * On September 30, PNC Bank, National Association,co agreed to extend maturity 
   of co's revolving credit and security agreement - SEC filing 
 * To extend the maturity of the company's revolving credit and security 
   agreement from September 30, 2015 to October 30, 2015 
 * Sypris Solutions-co, PNC also agreed to reduce the maximum amount available 
   to be borrowed under the loan agreement from $10.0 million to $8.5 million
