** Shares of Syros Pharmaceuticals  SYRS.O  fall 5.7% at
$3.3 after market
    ** Drug developer says Pfizer  PFE.N  on July 18 terminated
a license agreement related to development and commercialization
of novel therapies for two blood-related disorders
    ** Effective date of termination deal is Oct. 16, 2023
    ** Deal was between Syros and Global Blood Therapeutics, a
sickle cell disease drugmaker Pfizer bought in a $5.4 billion
deal in August last year
    ** Stock down 2.5% YTD
