AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) Disclosure

 

 

SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the technology partner for delivery and management of

to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) (iii) to (viii) of the AIM Rules.

 

Mike Fletcher, Non-Executive Director, was previously a Non-Executive Director
of Tactus Holdings Limited ("Tactus") until 31 March 2024. Tactus was placed
into administration on 23 May 2024.
