Board Changes and related party transactions

 

SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the multi award-winning technology solutions
provider, announces that pursuant to the announcements 26 May 2023, customary
due diligence has been completed in respect of Heejae Chae, who has now been
formally appointed to the SysGroup Board of Directors (the "Board") as
Executive Chairman, effective immediately.

 

Regulatory disclosures

The following information is provided pursuant to Rule 17 and with Schedule
Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in relation to Heejae
Richard Chae (aged 54):
