Dealing in Company Shares
 
SysGroup PLC (AIM:SYS), the multi award-winning managed IT services and cloud hosting provider, announces that on 1 December 2020, the Company purchased 560,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35.745 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this dealing, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 560,000. The Ordinary Shares held in treasury will be used to satisfy the future exercise of options under the Group's incentive schemes.
Pursuant to the requirements of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of voting rights in respect of each class of share in issue and admitted to trading on AIM at the date of this announcement is as follows:
