SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the multi award-winning managed IT services, cyber
security and cloud hosting provider, announces that Heejae Chae, Executive
Chairman, on 4 August 2023 acquired 150,000 ordinary Shares in the Group at a
price of 28.5p. As a result, Heejae Chae is interested in 14.2% of the Group.
