SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the trusted partner for cloud, cybersecurity, and AI

announces that Heejae Chae has purchased 1,056,376 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 18.0 pence per
Ordinary Share.

 

Following the purchase, Heejae has a beneficial interest in 9,713,951 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 11.66% of the Company's issued share
capital.
