Notice of AGM and Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

 

 

SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the technology partner for delivery and management of
cloud, data and security services to power Artificial Intelligence ("AI") and
Machine Learning ("ML") transformation, is pleased to announce the publication
of its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and its Annual Report and
Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2024.

 

Both documents have today been posted to shareholders and are also available
online in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at
www.sysgroup.com (http://www.sysgroup.com) .

 

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00am on Friday, 20 September 2024 at the
offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, 50 Fountain Street, Manchester M2 2AS.
