Phillips will provide a live presentation relating to the Half Year Results
via Investor Meet Company at 11:00a.m. GMT on 10 December 2024.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential

Company dashboard up until 09:00a.m. GMT on 9 December 2024, or at any time
during the live presentation.
