t42 IoT Tracking Solutions PLC (formerly Starcom PLC)

("t42" or the "Company")

 

Change of Name

 

Further to the announcement on 3 November 2021, the Company confirms that it
has received confirmation from the Jersey Financial Services Commission that
the name of the Company has now been changed from Starcom PLC to t42 IoT
Tracking Solutions PLC.

The change of name will take effect on the AIM market of the London Stock
Exchange from Monday, 29 November 2021. As part of the name change process,
the TIDM (or "ticker") for the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will change to
"TRAC".
