Change of Auditor

t42 IoT Tracking Solutions plc (AIM: TRAC) ("t42" or the "Company"), the
provider of global shipping containers tracking solutions, announces the
appointment of Shtainmetz Aminoach & Co, Member of UHY global firm, as the
Company's new external auditor for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

Barzily & Co., who have acted as the Company's auditor since 2013, has
confirmed to the Company that there are no matters connected with its ceasing
to hold office that need to be brought to the attention of the members or
creditors of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Barzily & Co. for its services to the
Company.
