 * Unit increased the investment in its 50% owned associate, Synergy Truck Pte 
 * Unit subscribes for 1 million ordinary shares at issued price of S$1.00 each 
   by way of cash of S$1 million 
 * Subscription by Sino Holdings in synergy truck is funded internally 
 * Subscription by Sino Holdings not expected to have any material impact on EPS 
   of group for the current FY ending 31 December 2016
