 * Acquisition of all the ordinary shares of Cast Laboratories Pte. Ltd. not 
already owned 
 * Says Tai Sin had acquired all the 737,542 fully paid-up ordinary shares of 
Cast Laboratories pte. ltd. 
 * Deal for aggregate consideration of $3.4 million 
 * Acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on the EPS in the current financial year ending 30 June 2017
