Oct 12 (Reuters) - Fubon Financial Holding 2881.TW , the
parent of Taiwan's second-biggest life insurer, says:
* Its chairman Daniel Tsai will become company vice chairman
and assume chairmanship of Taiwan Mobile Co 3045.TW unit.
* Its vice chairman Richard Tsai will become chairman of the
company and its life insurance unit.
