At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 1.12% at 52,247.23. The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.80% at 7,424.66 and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was up 0.83% at 25,798.28.
