Australia's Spacetalk up on distribution agreement with Talius

** Shares of Spacetalk  SPA.AX  gain as much as 9.1% to
A$0.024, their highest since Sept. 23
    ** Family safety tech firm signed a distribution agreement
with special care tech provider Talius Group  TAL.AX 
    ** Co says TAL will buy its mobile emergency response system
for seniors at wholesale price to resell; SPA to receive
recurring mobile and app fee revenue from each sale
    ** TAL jumps as much as 14.3% to A$0.008
    ** Agreement announced on Monday with SPA's stock on trading
halt since then
    ** Over 3.3 mln shares traded, ~4x the 30-day avg
    ** SPA down ~7% YTD, including current session, while TAL
down ~27% as of 0330 GMT
