** Shares of healthcare company Talkspace  TALK.O  rise
~7.3% to $2.88
    ** TALK reports Q3 profit of 1 cent/shr vs quarterly loss of
3 cents/shr a year ago
    ** Co's Q3 revenue increased 23% to $47.4 million from the
prior-year period 
    ** TALK reiterates fiscal year 2024 revenue forecast of $185
million to $195 million
    ** Including session's move, stock up 13.8% YTD
