Talkspace slides after weak direct-to-consumer sales

** Shares of virtual mental health provider Talkspace
TALK.O fall 20.2% to $3.08 - set to erase their YTD gains
** TALK's Q4 total revenue grew 15% to $48.7 million
compared to estimates of $49.8 million - the second time
quarterly sales have missed estimates in the past two years
** Says direct-to-enterprise sales growth was offset by a
35% year-over-year decline in revenue from consumers
** TALK forecast 2025 sales between $220 million to $235
million, with the midpoint below analysts' estimates of $232
million, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Posts adj EBITDA to be in the range of $14 million to $20
million vs est. $17.53 million
** In the last 12 months, TALK has risen ~73%
