Oct 30 (Reuters) - Tallinna Vesi As  TVEAT.TL : 
    * Q3 net profit 5.10 million euros  ($109,860.00) versus 
5.83 million euros year ago 
    * Q3 sales 14.08 million euros versus 13.25 million euros  
    * Decrease in Q3 net profit is mainly due to increase in 
staff and legal expenses but also by the negative change in fair 
value of swap contracts in Q3 by 0.44 mln euros, which was 
partly balanced by the decrease in interest costs
