April 30 (Reuters) - Tallinna Vesi As  TVEAT.TL : 
    * Signs a contract with Finnish construction company 
Lemminkainen for construction works to be performed on Tihase 
tunnel collector 
    * Investment is included in 2015 investment plan and total 
cost of investment is likely to be in range of 6 million euros 
-7 million euros ($6.66 million -$7.77 million), depending on 
the actual volume and the cost of the works to be carried out   
    * Construction works are expected to be complete by end of 
2015
