    Foreign investors bought 85.4% of a new 10-year BTP bond

    Ferrari has turned to technology industry veteran Benedetto
Vigna to drive the luxury sports car maker known for its

Peugeot unit with consumer fraud in a far-reaching diesel
emissions probe, ordering the company to provide 30 million

    Sky Italia has offered DAZN 500 million euros per year to
keep hosting a DAZN channel on its platform with most of the
Serie A soccer matches that DAZN got in a auction, according to
two sources close to the matter. DAZN, who has a distribution
deal with TIM, rejected the proposal, the sources said.

    The group is interested in the biomethane assets of Italian
renewable energy Asja, MF reported. The assets could have an
enterprise value of 300 million euros but the buyer could pay

    UEFA's independent appeals body has suspended disciplinary
proceedings against Real Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus over
their attempt to launch a breakaway Super League, European

    The board will examine a massive operational reorganization
of the bank's functions on June 15, La Stampa reported. 
    The paper added the bank could be broken up and sold in
